Felix’s confession: Barcelona star admits regret over gestures

Barcelona forward Joao Felix has openly admitted that he regrets some of the actions and gestures he has made during football games. Reflecting on his career, he recognises that these moments have not always been his best.

It’s worth noting that Joan Laporta, the president of Barcelona, has expressed no reservations in acknowledging Felix’s contributions.

In a recent interview, Laporta made it clear that the club’s sports management team is planning to include Felix in their future plans.

Meanwhile, on Sunday at 7:00 p.m., Felix will discuss his future on an episode of the ‘Nude Project’ podcast, where he will share whether he intends to continue his loan spell with the Barcelona team.

A quickfire with Felix

In the preview of this upcoming interview, Felix touches on several intriguing topics. He reveals that he considers Ronaldinho to be the best footballer in history.

He also mentions that Joao Cancelo is the funniest player in the Barcelona locker room. He also emphasises that he would prefer to win the next European Championship with his team rather than winning a Ballon d’Or.

He believes that the most rewarding aspect of football is winning titles, while the most challenging aspect is dealing with criticism.

Meanwhile, when asked about which football rule he would like to change, Felix suggests that any handball inside the penalty area should automatically be considered a penalty.

“All hands inside the area be penalties so that there is no discussion,” he said as quoted by SPORT.

One of the most significant points from the interview preview is Felix’s reflection on his past behaviour. He admits that he regrets “some gestures I have made…”

Throughout the interview, Felix’s candidness offers a deep insight into his personal and professional life.

His acknowledgement of past mistakes and his desire to improve show a level of maturity and self-awareness.

His admiration for Ronaldinho and preference for team success over individual accolades highlight his love for the sport and his dedication to achieving greatness with his team.
