Vitor Roque is finally in Barcelona and is currently at the club’s facilities. He’s undergoing a medical and is getting ready to sign the contract with the club.
“My dream became reality. I’m here to learn from this group and to score goals for Barcelona,” the 18-year-old said, as quoted by Fabrizio Romano.
“I can’t wait to get started.
“It was always a dream as a child, not only mine but also my family’s. They are also here fulfilling this dream.”
The Brazilian arrives from Paranaense on an initial €35m fee on the back of a season in which he scored 12 goals in 25 league appearances.

The 18-year-old is expected to arrive in Barca this month, start training with his teammates and feature against Las Palmas on January 4.
The striker scored 12 goals and provided three assists in 25 league appearances for Athletico Paranaense this season. Barca will pay a €35m fee to the Brazilian club for Roque, with the fee potential reaching €71m if all add-ons are triggered.
