PSG head coach Luis Enrique refuses to accept that the Premier League is the best league in the world
“In terms of confidence, it is very positive for us [that we are in the UCL semi-final against Arsenal]. We won the match against Liverpool and Liverpool won the Premier League this year. But that doesn’t mean anything because every match is different,” Enrique said in his press conference.
“Everybody speaks about the Premier League like it is the best league in the world. I don’t know if I agree or not. But we are full of confidence and looking forward to playing the semi-final,” Enrique adds.
Arsenal are the third English club PSG will face in the Champions League this season. They beat Liverpool in the round of 16 before knocking out Aston Villa in the quarter-final.
