It has been a difficult start to the season for Barcelona in terms of injuries to players as Hansi Flick has had to make do without a number of key stars.
The likes of Gavi, Frenkie de Jong, Ronald Araujo, and Ansu Fati were all unavailable even before the season started.
Since then, the list of players in the infirmary has only grown as Andreas Christensen, Marc Bernal, Dani Olmo, Fermin Lopez, and Marc-Andre ter Stegen have all been sidelined.
But good news is on the horizon for the Blaugrana. They welcomed Fati back to action earlier this month while De Jong is set to receive his medical discharge as early as tomorrow.
Olmo, Fermin, Gavi to return after October international break
On top of that, Mundo Deportivo now reports that Barcelona will receive a triple injury boost right after the international break in October.
Indeed, as per the report, the injured trio of Gavi, Dani Olmo, and Fermin Lopez are all set to be back in action after the international break next month.

Olmo has been out since the game against Girona and has missed four matches in all competitions so far. The club affirmed that he would be out for a period of four to five weeks, and as such his return date coincides with the La Liga game against Sevilla on October 20.
As for Fermin, he suffered a muscle injury in early September while with the Spanish Under-21 national team. Having made a swift recovery, the youngster fell victim to a fresh injury on the day he returned to training, getting sidelined for three more weeks.
Much like Olmo, Fermin’s return date also falls close to the game against Sevilla, which is when Barça could welcome him back.
Meanwhile, Gavi, having been out for ten months due to an ACL rupture, began training with the group this month. However, Barcelona do not wish to rush him back and will take their time.
The idea is for him to make his comeback against Sevilla or delay it for the subsequent matches against Bayern Munich or Real Madrid a week later.
