Barcelona defeated Rayo Vallecano 3-0 in the team’s last home match, settling the second-place struggle with Girona after Barcelona’s tally rose to 82 points.
Barcelona, which lost all the tournaments it participated in this season, left empty-handed in something unexpected from the Catalan fans.
In a resounding surprise, the Catalan newspaper “Sport” announced that there were 6 Barcelona players who played their last match at the Barça stadium against Rayo Vallecano yesterday.
The newspaper added that the first of these players is Barcelona’s star defender, Ronald Araujo, and Barcelona is preparing to accept Bayern Munich’s offer and release the player after a disappointing season by the Uruguayan star.
The second of these players is the Portuguese duo Joao Felix and Joao Cancelo. Each player will return to a team, and the loan will not be renewed or even urged to buy for any of the duo.
The other trio are Marcos Alonso, who has not suffered from injuries since he joined Barcelona, and the Brazilian player Vitor Roque, whom Barcelona is looking for a loan opportunity for the player to leave to gain some playing time and develop away from Xavi.
The last player is the Brazilian star Rafinha, whom the Barcelona management is seeking to sell to one of the Saudi League giants for an amount not less than 100 million euros to finance other deals.
