Barcelona’s Pedri has played with some of the greatest players on the planet.
From Lamine Yamal to Robert Lewandowski, Pedri has worked alongside some truly world-class talents.
Sorry, We Need To Talk About The Ballon d’Or
Speaking to ESPN, Pedri has building his ultimate footballer made up of attributes of different Barcelona players.
Pedri, understandably picked Lionel Messi’sleft foot and Andres Iniesta’s right foot alongside Xavi’s intelligence.
However, when it came to strength, Pedri made a rather interesting choice.
Indeed, while Pedri may be an international superstar playing for one of the biggest clubs in the world, he chose a current Fulham player as the strongest he’s seen.
Pedri hails Adama Traore for his strength
Pedri picked Adama Traore’s strength when he was building his ultimate Barcelona player.
Barcelona have had some incredibly strong players over the years from Gerard Pique to Arturo Vidal, but according to Pedri, Traore is the strongest of the bunch.
The Fulham star’s physique tells you all you need to know, he’s build more like a WWE wrestler than a Premier League footballer, and that strength makes him a serious weapon on the pitch.
How strong is Adama Traore?
Pedri says that Traore is one of the strongest players around, but just how strong is he?
Make no mistake about it, the Fulham star is an incredible athlete.
In fact, according to Conor Coady, Traore was actually offered the chance to play in the NFL.
“He could’ve played NFL, he got offered when he was younger. He doesn’t do any gym on his arms or his upper body. It’s all power work on his legs to make him more powerful and explosive. He’s rapid, he’s some player,” Coady said.
Meanwhile, Andy Robertson has also named Traore as the strongest player he’s seen.
Traore’s strength has been a real weapon for Fulham this season, alongside his incredible speed.
Indeed, Traore isn’t just one of the strongest players around, he’s also one of the fastest.
Diogo Jota has previously claimed that Traore is the fastest man alive, and after seeing the winger leave Kyle Walker for dead earlier this month, it’s hard to argue against that.
Traore is certainly a unique weapon in Fulham’s attacking arsenal.
