A double blow for Bayern Munich before the match against Barcelona with the absence of the team’s key duo

The German club Bayern Munich received shocking news before facing the Spanish club Barcelona in the league stage of the Champions League next Wednesday evening.

Belgian coach Vincent Kompany will be without two of his main players for the Barcelona match, one of whom will be sidelined for a long period after suffering an injury in the Stuttgart match on Saturday evening.
German midfielder Alexander Pavlovic was forced to leave the Bayern vs. Stuttgart match in the eighth minute due to injury, with the Bavarian club confirming in an official statement that the player is suffering from a broken collarbone.

The German newspaper Bild reported that the player’s absence will not be limited to the Barcelona match, as he will undergo urgent surgery, with expectations of being out for up to three months.
On Wednesday, one of the biggest matches in the Champions League this season will be held at the Olympic Montjuïc Stadium, where Barcelona will host Bayern Munich.

The Bavarian club received an additional painful blow at a sensitive time with the injury of Jamal Musiala. Musiala suffered a thigh injury against Eintracht Frankfurt, and according to coach Vincent Kompany, the Bayern star will not be available for the match against Barcelona.
The absence of Musiala and the talented midfielder Pavlovic will be a significant blow to Bayern and a major boost for Barcelona.
