The Spanish newspaper Marca reported that the player may have to wait until the match against Bayern Munich in the Champions League to return to the German Hansi Flick’s squad, after press reports indicated his return in the upcoming match against Sevilla.
The Catalan club has received the green light for the return of the duo Fermin Lopez and Gavi to the team’s squad, coinciding with the return of Frenkie de Jong to training. However, things seem less clear for Olmo.
Dani Olmo recently suffered a minor muscle tear, and it was expected that he would return normally against the Andalusian team in the match next Sunday.
