I wish this update carried better news, but I won’t be able to return to the court for the remainder of this season. Every single day, I pushed myself through long hours in the gym with one clear purpose in mind: to get healthy enough to play again. Despite that effort and commitment, the outcome isn’t what I hoped for, and the feeling of disappointment goes far deeper than words can truly capture.
This journey has tested my patience and resilience in ways I didn’t expect. There were moments filled with uncertainty, doubt, and frustration, especially when progress didn’t come as quickly as I worked for it. Still, throughout it all, I remained focused on doing everything possible to give myself a chance to return.
I’m deeply grateful to everyone who stood by me during this time. The encouragement, messages, and unwavering support meant more than I can adequately express. Knowing I wasn’t alone through this process made the hardest days a little easier to face.
Even in the middle of setbacks, there has been something genuinely uplifting. The fans continued to show up, not just for me, but for the Fever as a whole, and that support brought me both happiness and perspective. It was a reminder that the game is bigger than any one moment and that connection and loyalty matter just as much as results.
Most of all, I’m incredibly proud of this team. Despite challenges and obstacles, we’ve continued to grow stronger and more united throughout the season. Now, the focus shifts to finishing strong, closing out the year with purpose, and securing our place in the Playoffs.
